As a coach, I leverage my strengths in listening, questioning and understanding as well as my natural trait of being interested in the well-being of others. I use these in combination with a learned coaching methodology (accredited by the International Coaching Federation) and my extensive corporate experience.
Experience
My corporate experience has involved highs and lows: successes and failures including periods of frustration as well as personal growth. During my career, I have changed from someone direct and pressured to meet objectives, to someone more personal and focused on relationships. Also, I have made mistakes along the way, some of which I have learnt from and some of which I occasionally repeat!
I worked in Financial Services for fifteen years and then reached a plateau. After Reuters, AXA, Macquarie Bank and latterly UBS (as Chief of Staff), I engaged a coach to help determine my next steps. Subsequently, I set the right goals and actions for me and these led to me becoming a coach myself (and to me moving to the South of France).
Specialisation
The accredited methodology that I have learnt can apply to almost all coaching circumstances but due to my experience and interests I specialise in corporate clients, particularly:
- Those that have been recently promoted
- Managers drawn from specialist roles as found in IT or design
- Time-poor executives lacking the headspace to be pro-active or strategic
- Those looking to progress their career and their skills accordingly
- Those verging on or in a crisis / chaotic situation who require support
- Those in new businesses requiring business planning & execution
- Wealth Managers or Sales staff working on revenue growth
Whatever your situation, be assured that I have consistently witnessed clients grow and perform beyond their own expectations and that you can do the same. If you would like to have an initial conversation, feel free to contact me via the details below. I look forward to hearing from you.
